- Is Srikamal plastic furniture weatherproof for outdoor use?
- Yes. Our outdoor and patio lines are moulded from UV-stabilised polypropylene rated for 5+ years of direct sun, and they shrug off rain, humidity and coastal salt air. They're built for verandahs, balconies, gardens and cafés as well as indoor rooms.
- Do you deliver across India, and is delivery free?
- We deliver free across Andhra Pradesh, and ship to Telangana, Odisha, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu via partner transporters. Prices shown on the website are all-inclusive — GST and delivery are already included, with no surprise charges at checkout.
- Are the prices inclusive of GST?
- Yes. Every price on srikamalpolymers.in is final and all-inclusive — GST and delivery are built in. You receive a GST tax invoice with your order.
- What warranty do you offer?
- Premium armchairs, cane-back chairs and sofa/lounge frames carry a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects; standard chairs, tables and stools carry 2 years. We replace rather than repair.
- How can I pay?
- You can pay securely online by UPI, credit/debit card, net banking or wallet through Razorpay at checkout. Dealers can also order on WhatsApp with credit terms.
- Where is Srikamal furniture made?
- Everything is precision injection-moulded at our own factory in Paravada, Anakapalle, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh — using virgin Reliance polypropylene, not mystery blends.
- What colours are available?
- Most ranges come in 4–7 colourways. The Patio Sofa, for example, is available in Ivory, Light Grey, Taupe, Chocolate, Terracotta and Sky Blue, with each size shown in every colour on its product page.
- Can I buy a single chair, or only sets?
- Both. Many products list a single price with the option to bundle into a set of 2 or 4; sofas are sold by size (1, 2 or 3-seater) or as a full 3+1+1 set. Pick the option that suits you on the product page.
